What we collect

This website does not use cookies, analytics or forms that store data on our side. When you send us a booking request, your message (name, hotel, dates, number of guests, contact) goes directly to our WhatsApp or email.

Why we use it

Only to answer you, organise your experience and arrange your pickup.

Who we share it with

Only with the suppliers needed to run your experience (for example, transport or boat operators). We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep booking messages for up to 24 months for accounting and customer service, then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to harmonyexcursions@outlook.com.

Third parties

WhatsApp, email providers, Google Fonts and Open-Meteo (the live weather on our home page) have their own privacy policies.
